Coaching and Consultation Services: Cancellation & Booking Policy

Welcome to Natalie Smith Leadership and Talent Development. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and pleasant booking experience:

1. Booking Confirmation: Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details. Please ensure that all information is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact me immediately: info@nataliesmithleadershipandtalentdevelopment.com

2. Session Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel a booked session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. All sessions must be paid in advance. Missed sessions and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your session, no refund will be issued. However, you can reschedule your session for a future date within 30 days of the original appointment.

4. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to cancel, you will not receive a refund, but you may reschedule your appointment for a future date within 30 days of the original appointment.

5. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session. This ensures that we can accommodate all clients promptly.

6. Unused Coaching/ Consultations Sessions: Any coaching/ consultation sessions — whether purchased as a single session or part of a package — must be scheduled within 6 months of the original payment date. After this period, any unscheduled sessions will expire and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

7. Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

8. Technical Requirements for Online Sessions: Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom before the session. Test your equipment beforehand to avoid any interruptions. Switching on your camera is optional, and you are welcome to join the session in the way that makes you feel most comfortable.

9. Coaching/ Consultation Session Preparation: To maximize the value of your session, please come prepared with any questions, materials, or goals you would like to discuss.
